Sponsor Resources: During & Post-Course
The First Day

During the Course
- Set up daily check-in times with the instructor to ensure the course is on track and to address potential issues before they become a problem.
- If you have staff in the course, you may want to be present during simulations and labs to observe how they're doing.

- Schedule a time and place to debrief the course with the instructor(s) after the students have left on the last day and before the instructor's scheduled departure.
The Last Day

- Help the instructor(s) organize a general clean-up of the classroom and gear.
- Be a resource if students want to share contact info, photos, etc.
- Either on the last day or shortly after the course ends, debrief the course with the instructor(s)
After the Course
- Complete the Sponsor Feedback Form while things are fresh on your mind
- If necessary, schedule a follow-up conversation with the Licensed Provider or WMTC office
- Watch for an invoice from your Licensed Provider and pay promptly
The Next Course
It's never too early to schedule next course! If you already know your dates (e.g. if they happen during your spring break every year) send them to the WMTC office so that we can put a placeholder for your course on our website and people can see that it's coming up. We'll also follow up as it gets closer. If you liked working with your Licensed Provider, you may be able to contract next year's course with them before they leave, or shortly afterward.
