"My WFA course gave me a process to follow in stressful emergency situations so that I didn’t absolutely freeze. Do it!"
"Taking WMTC’s WFA course really made me want to take WFR."
"If someone is in the outdoors a lot or simply wants to expand knowledge from a basic CPR first aid class. I didn’t fully realize how much new and detailed information was in this course compared to a 2-3 hour basic CPR first aid class."
"After this course, I’m prepared to help injured or sick people in the backcountry and have gained a new sense of confidence in myself."
"I went from knowing CPR and calling 911 to an entirely new level where I can actually make a difference in a wide range of challenging backcountry situations. Thanks, WMTC."
"It goes into much more depth than similar WFA courses, and I highly recommend it even if you don’t travel in remote areas. The education I received from WMTC is comprehensive and highly professional. Robust curriculum."
"Taking this class made me feel significantly more confident that I would be able to take care of myself or someone else in a wilderness situation if something went wrong. When I’m outdoors I feel like it’s very easy to think about everything that could possibly go wrong, and having a better idea of the real risks and knowing how I could respond to them helps a lot."
